Hi! I’m Emile

When I was still a kid, I had the blessing to receive piano lessons. Later, in Highschool i started making beats with FL Studio, sampling funk and classical records on a MPC1000. But my musical fire was lit in Andalusia, where i started to see the joy of music among the local hippies. That same spirit of curiosity eventually led me to study Composition and Music Production, followed by research into movement and sound at the SNDO. I've always seen the body as an integral part of creation. Since then i've been part of several productions for theatre and documentaries and produced and toured with multiple of my solo albums.
 

I love to work with different textures and recordings. Crunchy, raw, high-end lush, shitty, cheap, home-made strings, cigar-box-guitars, sample the internet, record birds, whispers. Exploring sounds from a texture-musical point of view, and using production from the start of the proces, and as a compositional tool.
